Wesley Coppridge has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wesley began their career as an Etch Test Wafer Coordinator at MOS-11, Motorola in Austin, Texas in 1997, where they worked on defining and maintaining test wafer routes and collaborated with engineering and manufacturing teams. Wesley then joined Whiteoak Semiconductor in Richmond in 1998, serving as an Operator and Lead Associate in the WETS Manufacturing department. In this role, they ensured optimal cycle time and line balance, identified and proposed manufacturing work method improvements, and acted as a liaison between engineering and maintenance.
In 1999, Coppridge transitioned to Infineon Technologies Richmond (formerly Whiteoak Semiconductor) as a Process Technician in the WETS department. Wesley'sresponsibilities included documenting and dispositioning SPC violations, troubleshooting product and tool quality issues, supporting manufacturing needs, and assisting engineering in executing experiments and projects.
From 2004 to 2006, Coppridge worked at Infineon Technologies Richmond as a SEM Technician Lead in the Physical Failure Analysis Group. Wesley conducted scanning electron microscopy and sample preparation techniques, analyzed technology construction, and served as the Shift Technical Lead.
In 2006, Coppridge joined Qimonda as a Process Integration Technician. Wesley supported Process Integration Engineers with data collection, factory requests, and product dispositions. Wesley also reported key inline parameter analysis data for process verification.
Coppridge then moved to GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2011, where they served as a Staff Technician in the TD Integration Engineering department. Wesley supported the BEOL Technology Development Integration Group and subsequently relocated to the GLOBALFOUNDRIES site in Malta, NY.
In 2015, Coppridge joined Rolls-Royce as an NDT Inspector Level II/Special Processes in the Aviation & Aerospace Rotatives Unit. Wesley held this position until 2020.
Most recently, Coppridge has worked at GENETWORx since 2020. Wesley has held various roles, including File Maintenance Specialist, Systems Integration, Lab Revenue Cycle Systems & Reporting Analyst, and currently serves as a Revenue Cycle Analyst. GENETWORx is a CLIA-certified laboratory that conducts molecular laboratory diagnostic and clinical testing services.
