Dave Layton

Dave Layton has an extensive career in higher education enrollment management that spans over three decades, primarily at Geneva College. Since August 2010, Dave has served as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment, leading recruitment initiatives to meet enrollment targets for traditional undergraduate programs. Prior roles at Geneva College include Dean of Undergraduate Enrollment, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment and marketing efforts, and Director of Admissions, focusing on the development of successful advertising strategies and supervising admissions staff. Earlier positions included Assistant Director of Admissions and Admissions Counselor, where Dave contributed to recruitment efforts and built relationships with various organizations. Additionally, Dave has experience as an Office Manager at North Jersey Portable Toilets, Inc. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Higher Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, both from Geneva College.
