Krista Autrey is a seasoned professional in career services and education, currently serving as the Director of the Center for Calling and Career at Geneva College since February 2020. In this role, Krista leads a team that annually coaches over 300 students, connecting them with developmental opportunities through partnerships across campus, the region, and the alumni community. Prior to this position, Krista was the Assistant Director of Career Services at Grove City College from January 2019 to February 2020, where leadership was provided for the largest career fair in Western Pennsylvania, serving over 800 students and 150 employers. Earlier in Krista's career, as the Service Learning and International Coordinator at Impact 360 Institute from July 2014 to December 2018, planning and leading cultural immersions and developing courses were key responsibilities. Krista holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University and a Master's Degree in Intercultural Studies and TESOL from Wheaton College.
