Marcia Richardson

Marcia Richardson, PHR, CHRS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and consulting. Currently serving as the Client Success Engagement Practice Leader at Geneva Consulting Group since January 2019, Marcia has previously held various roles at ADP from July 1989 to June 2018, including AVS Business Consultant and National Accounts Implementation Consultant. Prior work experience includes positions as Payroll and Pension Coordinator at Deloitte and Payroll Accountant at HCA. Marcia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Mississippi between 1980 and 1984.
