Christophe Aumeunier has a diverse professional background in the legal and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Secrétaire général at Chambre genevoise immobilière and Secrétaire juriste, Christophe also holds the position of Directeur général at CGI Conseils. Throughout their career, Christophe has also been involved in public service as a Député PLR at Grand Conseil de la république et canton de Genève. With their legal education from the University of Geneva, obtaining a Licence de droit in Droit, Christophe brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their various roles.

As a public institution, the FTI has the State of Geneva’s mandate to acquire, improve and manage the Canton’s industrial land. It provides the secondary sector with the conditions that will help its development, ensure the compatibility of the infrastructures put in place for companies and watches over the stability of this particular property market. Throughout its mission, it keeps a global perspective of the evolution in industrial activity and has become a key player in this field. Its staff is available to assist multinationals and smaller businesses alike. Representatives of the State and the communes, where the industrial zones are situated, sit on its board of directors.
