As the Principal Owner of World Negotiators since January 1996, Leonard specializes in luxury sales training and marketing consulting. Additionally, Leonard has been the Principal Owner of LANA Inc. since February 1990. Educational qualifications include training from the GIA Gemological Institute of America and degrees from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
