Eric Gibson Jr has a strong background in IT and technical support. Eric began their career in 2005 as an IT Supervisor at Geek Squad, where they managed a team of computer and Windows representatives. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at ShopperTrak in various roles, including Technical Systems Analyst and Level 2 Technical Support Analyst, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and driving customer satisfaction. Since 2016, Eric has been working at Geneva Trading as a Lead Infrastructure Analyst and previously as an IT Support Analyst - Team Lead.
