Connor Perkins

Connor Perkins has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Operations at Geneva10. In this position, they provide strategic direction and vision for the organization's operations, develops and implements effective processes to optimize efficiency, and fosters collaboration across departments.

Prior to their current role, Connor worked as a Senior Project Manager and a System Engineer at Geneva10. As a Senior Project Manager, they collaborated with cross-functional teams, developed project plans and budgets, and provided updates to stakeholders. As a System Engineer, they analyzed operational processes, implemented improvements, and managed integration and IT projects.

Before joining Geneva10, Connor worked as a Quality Control Specialist at another company, where they conducted analysis of inventory levels and implemented processes to ensure compliance with e-commerce retailers.

In addition to their roles at Geneva10, Connor also worked as a Sales/eCommerce Support Intern at Geneva Supply, Inc., where they collaborated with the marketing team and assisted in the filming and operations of a career exploration program.

Prior to their roles at Geneva10 and Geneva Supply, Inc., Connor worked as a Senior Project Manager at Interstate Music and as part of the Footwear Team at Nike.

Connor Perkins completed their education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they received their General Education Diploma (GED) from Craig High School, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Connor obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2022.
