Debbi Bromley

Debbi Bromley, Ed.D has over 40 years of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Debbi most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Genex Services, LLC since 2007. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at NewSeasons Assisted Living Communities from 2004 to 2007. Before that, they held managerial positions at Independence Blue Cross, Creative Hairdressers, United Press International, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, National Broadcasting Company, and Datapoint Corporation. Debbi began their career in various HR positions at Bamberger's Department Stores in 1978.

Debbi Bromley, Ed.D, obtained their doctoral degree in Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine between 2001 and 2003. In the earlier years of their education, they received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1975 to 1977.
