Janice Flynn

Janice Flynn has a strong work experience in various roles within Genex Services and Intracorp. Janice started their career in 1994 as an Accounting Specialist at Intracorp, where they managed the collection efforts for the Disability Management customer base and implemented process improvements. Janice then progressed to become an Accounting Senior Analyst, Operations Senior Specialist, and Financial Reporting Senior Analyst at Intracorp, where they developed training documentation, improved operational efficiency, and implemented reporting systems. In 2010, they started working at Genex Services as a Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for managing information for business decisions and process improvements. Janice later became a QA & Statistical Analysis Manager and ultimately the Director of Corporate Operations at Genex Services. Throughout their career, Janice has consistently demonstrated their ability to contribute to operational efficiency, develop standard operating procedures, and provide data analysis support for various initiatives.

Janice Flynn holds a Certificate in Information Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Business Economics from Lewis University between the years 1992 and 1994. Janice obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business & Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University, graduating in 1990.
