Jim Harris

Jim Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jim started their career at Summit Consulting as a Claims Settlement Specialist, specializing in high exposure workers' compensation claims. Jim then moved on to Alexsis/RSKCo (now Broadspire) as a Client Services Director, where they managed service delivery programs for a wide range of self-insured employers and facilitated communication with clients. In 1999, Jim became the Executive Vice President of Network Synergy Group, overseeing the company's expansion and growth. This eventually led to NSG being acquired by GENEX Services, Inc. in 2011. At GENEX, they became the Vice President of Analytics & Reporting, responsible for expanding the portfolio of reporting and predictive modeling tools for customers. Jim led a team of analysts and writers to deliver high-quality reports and handled operational analysis and reporting. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated expertise in strategy, product development, operational management, and strategic planning and training.

From 1984 to 1988, Jim Harris attended Florida Southern College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications, Advertising & Public Relations.
