Lauren Hostetter-Smith

Lauren Hostetter-Smith, RN, CCM, is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on case management and palliative care. Since January 2015, Lauren has been employed at Genex Services as a Sedgwick Field Case Supervisor and Senior Medical Case Manager, providing comprehensive case management for injured workers through collaboration with patients and healthcare teams. Previous roles include Registered Nurse at Horizon Hospice & Palliative Care and Hospice of Bozeman Deaconess, where expertise in end-of-life care and symptom management was developed. Additionally, Lauren founded Northwestern Legal Nurse Consulting, blending nursing expertise with legal analysis of complex medical cases. With prior experience in clinical supervision and home health nursing, Lauren has built a diverse background in patient care across various healthcare settings. Lauren completed education at SCC from 2002 to 2005.
