Craig Treichel

Craig Treichel has over 25 years of work experience, primarily in Human Resources roles. Craig is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at GENEX, where they lead talent acquisition, people development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and safety & wellness. Prior to this, Craig worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Regal Rexnord. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Suburban Enterprises, Inc., where they were responsible for the development, administration, and evaluation of all HR and safety programs. Before that, Craig worked at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, where they held various HR leadership positions, including Platform Director and Divisional HR Director. Craig began their career at SHOPKO STORES INC as a Human Resources Manager and Instructional Designer/Technical Writer. Craig also has experience outside of HR, having worked as a Project Manager at Bemis Company, Inc. and as a Language Arts Teacher at Lyons Elementary School District 103.

Craig Treichel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Secondary Education from St. Norbert College, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior at Silver Lake College from 2002 to 2004.
