Susan D’Costa

Susan D'Costa is a highly experienced executive in the biotechnology industry, currently serving as Chief Technical and Commercial Officer at Genezen since June 2023. Previously, Susan held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Alcyone Therapeutics Inc. from January 2021 to June 2023 and served in various leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Brammer Bio. With a strong background in analytical testing, assay development, and quality control in cGMP environments, Susan has overseen multiple teams and contributed to significant advancements in gene therapy vector quality. Holding a PhD in Biology from Texas Tech University, as well as a master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai, Susan's academic and professional journey spans several roles in research and teaching, enhancing the field with numerous publications and presentations at international conferences.
