Garrett Hall

Garrett Hall is the President of GenFlat Containers, where they provide strategic vision and oversee business operations. Previously, Garrett held the position of VP of Strategy & Customer Success at HIPAA One®, where they improved customer success and developed partnerships within the healthcare IT sector. As a Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of CSQ Index, Garrett conducted customer satisfaction research to enhance vendor decisions in the legal hemp industry. With a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Garrett has also operated their own law office and worked in various roles, including as a Research Director and IT Auditor. A published author, Garrett has contributed to multiple healthcare industry reports, novels, and political pieces.
