Neo Zhizhong (Neo)

Neo Zhizhong (Neo) has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2007, they became the co-founder and CEO of School Plus, where they personalized education based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. In 2011, they co-founded Rainmaker Labs, a top mobile app development firm in Singapore that catered to retail businesses and large enterprises. In 2012, Neo co-founded Shopguru SG and led projects such as the BLEep Beacon Management System and the Ultrasonic Device. In 2017, they founded Geniebook, an online learning tool that utilized AI to focus on challenging areas. Neo also served as a board member for Entrepreneurs' Organization from 2020 to 2022 and was a co-owner of Settlers Café, Holland Village from 2008 to 2009.

Neo Zhizhong (Neo) pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the National University of Singapore from 2004 to 2007.
