As the Founding President of CEO Chef Consulting since December 2009, Jim Connolly has specialized in helping business owners and CEOs unlock their organizations' potential through revenue growth, system creation, and team building. Concurrently, Jim Connolly has served as the CEO and Founder of CEO Chef, Inc. since September 1994, focusing on enhancing team dynamics and productivity through innovative cooking team-building processes. Additionally, Jim Connolly has contributed as a speaker at Geniecast since September 2016 and was the owner of Jim Connolly & Associates from October 1996 to December 2001, providing consulting services in food, beverage, and hospitality management. Jim Connolly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management/Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and has further education from Landmark and The Big Table.
