Nachiket Upadhyay

Nachiket Upadhyay has extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership roles at several notable companies. Currently, Nachiket serves as the Head of Human Resources at Genie. Prior to this, Nachiket was the General Manager of Human Resources at Adani Green Energy Ltd. and held multiple HR management positions at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), including Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Nachiket also served as Manager of Human Resources at both Siemens Energy and General Motors India. Educationally, Nachiket holds a Master of Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and completed the Emerging Leaders Programme in General Management from the Indian School of Business.
