Shweta S. has a wealth of work experience. Shweta has been the Chief Executive Officer at GenInvo since 2019, where they also serve as the COO of Innovative Solutions and Strategies. Shweta is responsible for providing innovative technology solutions to life sciences clients to enable them to deliver drugs faster, with higher quality and cost efficiency. Shweta is currently a member of the Cultural Commission for the City of Bloomington, IL since 2021. From 2008 to 2021, they were the Sr. Director of Innovation Strategy and Solutions at GCE Solutions Inc., a Biometrics focused CRO. Shweta also held the positions of Director, Associate Director, Manager of Client Engagement, Manager of HR & PR at GCE Solutions Inc. from 2008 to 2021. Shweta was a board member of Blooming Grove Academy from 2008 to 2021. Shweta was a Support Associate at K-Mart from 2008 to 2021 and an Assistant/Intern at W.O.M.E.N. from 2002 to 2008. Lastly, they were an Intern at AALI Association for Advocacy and Legal Initiatives from 1998 to 2002.

Shweta S. attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, followed by Lucknow University where they obtained their BSc.(Nutritional Science) / MA in 2000. Shweta then attended Walsh College from 2006-2008. In 2016, they attended the University of California, Berkeley to study The Drug Development Process. In 2019, they obtained the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate.
