Helen Joyce

Helen Joyce is an experienced professional with a strong background in people and culture, quality assurance, and software testing. Helen began as the first software tester at Red Gate Software and progressed to roles such as Head of Test, Development Manager, and Project Manager. Helen later served as VP People and Talent at Speechmatics and Director of People at UNEP-WCMC, focusing on recruitment and talent development. Currently, Helen holds the position of Interim Head of Employee Experience at Genio, contributing to the design of learning tools. Helen's educational background includes an MSc in Computer Science from The University of Huddersfield and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
