Rita Alapi

Rita Alapi is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as Talent Manager Europe at Genioo since March 2022. With a strong background in executive search, Rita has previously held roles as Talent Specialist Europe at Ganci Partners and Senior Research Associate at DART Talent & Executive Search. Additional experience includes positions at Russell Reynolds Associates and Egon Zehnder, specializing in financial services and healthcare practices, respectively. Earlier career stages involved roles at IBM and Green City Projekt GmbH. Rita holds a Master's degree in Environmental Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Budapest Business University, complemented by studies in International Tourism Management at Breda University of Applied Sciences.
