In addition to expertise in loss prevention, Rick has extensive experience in sales within the real estate sector, having held various roles, including Sales Development Manager, Account Executive, and Listing Specialist across several companies, achieving significant revenue milestones and successfully assisting clients in home sales. Rick began a career in officiating as a Soccer Referee for the Michigan High School Athletic Association and the U.S. Soccer Federation. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University.
