Prior to this, Ayesha worked at 24/7, Inc from May 2002 to June 2013, holding the position of Director and contributing to operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives. Since October 2016, Ayesha has been with Genisys Group, currently functioning as Senior Vice President of BPM services and previously as Vice President of Service Delivery and Operations, showcasing a strong track record in leadership and operational management.
