Gemma Barlow

Gemma Barlow is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at The Genius Group since November 2025, Gemma previously held multiple HR leadership roles at LADbible Group from September 2020 to September 2025, including Head of HR - Manchester and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions at North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, BBC, RAPP, Foster + Partners, and EC Harris. Gemma's educational background includes a Master's degree in CIPD from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA (hons) in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
