R P Yadav has accumulated extensive experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of Genius Consultants Ltd since July 1993, where responsibilities include policy development, strategic planning, resource organization, and personnel management to achieve company objectives. Prior to this position, R P Yadav worked as a General Manager at Business Forms Ltd from May 1988 to July 1993, overseeing general management and marketing functions as well as serving as the Profit Center Head. R P Yadav holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Calcutta, earned between 1984 and 1987, and completed the Higher Secondary Exam at S B V Vidyalya in Kolkata from 1969 to 1972.
