Kin-Ho

Kin-Ho Ma is an experienced food technologist specializing in product development and procurement within the food industry. Currently serving as a Direct Materials Buyer, Development Lead, Senior Product Creator, and Product Creator at Genius Foods since November 2020, Kin-Ho Ma previously held the position of NPD Technologist at GDR FOOD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, focusing on free-from bakery products. Prior to that, experience includes Development Technologist at Framptons Limited, where Kin-Ho Ma developed ambient and chilled drink products, and Development Food Technologist at Alpha LSG UK Limited, creating airline meal solutions. Early in the career, Kin-Ho Ma was a Development Graduate at Macphie of Glenbervie, working on UHT processed dairy cream innovations. Education was completed at The University of Edinburgh, earning a degree in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry.
