Kumar has previously held several executive positions, including President & Business Head for North and West regions, and roles at ThinkLink Learning, TMI Network, Empresaria Group, Adecco India Ltd, Naukri.com, Aditya International Co., and Infosys Technologies Ltd, accumulating significant expertise in staffing operations, client servicing, and HR management. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Marketing & Finance from IILM and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University.
