Jennifer Rawson

Jennifer Rawson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in engineering and product recruitment. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Genius Sports since June 2023, Jennifer focuses on enhancing the modern sports experience. Previously, Jennifer held key roles at Meta as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Senior Executive Technical Recruiter for Engineering Leadership, where expertise included infrastructure, machine learning, and AR/VR. Jennifer also recruited at Amazon, supporting high-volume recruitment efforts, and has a history of roles in administrative and developmental capacities at organizations such as the American Diabetes Association and TripAdvisor. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Assumption University.
