Alina Melnyk is a seasoned professional in resource management and staffing with extensive experience across various organizations, including Geniusee, Vendor Hub, and DAN.IT education. Currently serving as the Resource Management & Staffing Lead at Geniusee since October 2021, Alina is responsible for overseeing the entire product development cycle while enhancing staffing processes and managing the internal talent pool. Previous roles encompass Senior IT Recruiter and HR Generalist, where Alina managed full-cycle recruitment, collaborated with hiring managers, and implemented HR procedures. Alina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Kyiv National Economics University.
