Jesper Pass

Jesper Pass is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director at Genmab since July 2018, focusing on CMC Integration and New Products Introduction. Prior to this role, Jesper held several positions at BioPorto Diagnostics A/S, including Senior CMC Project Manager and Director of Research and Development. Jesper's extensive background at Novo Nordisk A/S spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included leading mAb discovery and coordinating technology activities within research projects as Principal Scientist in the Department of Antibody Technology. Early career development involved research as a MSc and Ph.D. student at The Finsen Laboratory, working on cancer biology and antibody generation. Jesper holds a Ph.D. in Oncology and Cancer Biology and a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Copenhagen.
