Joanna Marzetti

Joanna Marzetti is an experienced professional in patient services and operations, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of the Patient Services Call Center at Genmab since February 2022. Previously, Joanna held various roles at Novartis from June 2017 to February 2022, including Director of PSS Business Operations & Implementation and Associate Director for multiple areas within Patient and Specialty Services. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Patient Support Specialist at Celgene, where Joanna facilitated patient access to medications, as well as roles in health care coordination and social work internships focusing on children and families. Joanna holds a Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Society from American University.
