Justin B. is a seasoned professional in statistical programming and data science, currently serving as Director and Team Lead - Programming at Genmab since May 2023. In this role, Justin oversees the Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) Platform and leads operations for development processes while managing teams and portfolios focused on late-phase solid tumor programs. Prior to Genmab, Justin held various leadership positions at Pfizer from 2014 to 2023, notably directing AI and Innovation efforts and contributing to the development of a pioneering statistical computing platform. Justin's experience spans multiple roles in organizations including Teva Pharmaceuticals, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, and WCG MedAvante-ProPhase. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Biology and Mathematics from Villanova University and an M.S. in Applied Statistics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
