Karen Stephansen

Karen Stephansen has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries. Karen'smost recent position is with Genmab, starting in 2020, where they have held various roles including Head of R&D Strategic Initiatives, Director of Enterprise Project Management - R&D and Digital, Associate Director of Process & Organization Project Management, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at BASE life science from 2016 to 2019, where they served as a Manager, Senior Management Consultant, and Consultant. Karen also has academic experience as a Postdoc and PhD student at the Technical University of Denmark from 2011 to 2016.
