Livia van der Pant

Livia van der Pant has extensive experience in corporate planning, governance, and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Planning & Governance at Genmab since November 2020, after holding positions as Director and Sr. Project Manager within the same organization. Prior to Genmab, Livia was HR-manager at YGroup Companies and Head of Operations at Mentha Capital, where responsibilities included strategic HR roadmap development and overseeing business operations processes, respectively. Livia also led the Project Management Office at St. Antonius Hospital, successfully implementing a new Hospital Information System and transforming HR services. Early career stages included a Management Trainee role at High Select BV and experience as a Healthcare Consultant. Livia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
