Mitchell Raymond

Mitchell Raymond is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in system development and implementation within global settings. Currently serving as Director of HR Systems at Genmab since January 2019, Mitchell has played a critical role in designing and executing long-term HR system strategies while overseeing the enhancement of global applications across the Netherlands, Denmark, the United States, and Japan. Prior to this role, Mitchell was the CoE Process Lead for HCM at Genmab, successfully guiding the implementation of Workday by harmonizing requirements, managing data conversions, and leading testing phases.
