Randall White

Randall White is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President and Compound Development Team Lead at Genmab since March 2023, where leadership of a 23-member R&D project management team focuses on ensuring quality planning and efficient program execution. Previously, Randall held senior positions at Centessa Pharmaceuticals and Windtree Therapeutics, overseeing clinical project management functions and facilitating R&D governance. At Daiichi Sankyo, Randall contributed as Executive Director and Global Team Leader for Quizartinib, developing product strategies and managing cross-functional teams. Experience spans over two decades, including significant roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sandoz, and American Cyanamid, beginning careers in research and product development. Randall holds a PhD in Plant Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Plant Physiology from North Carolina State University, and a BS in Agriculture from Cornell University.
