Sieto Bosgra

Sieto Bosgra currently serves as the Director and head of Quantitative Translational Pharmacology at Genmab, a role that involves leading a team devoted to making pivotal decisions in the preclinical and early clinical development of antibody therapeutics. Previous positions include Associate Director and Principal Scientist in Pharmacology at Genmab, focusing on translational pharmacology and quantitative modeling for candidate therapeutics. Prior to Genmab, Sieto Bosgra was Senior Scientist in PK/PD at BioMarin Nederland B.V., leading efforts in oligonucleotide therapy programs, and held a Scientist role in quantitative pharmacology at TNO, along with postdoctoral research at Utrecht University concentrating on pharmacokinetic modeling. Sieto Bosgra earned a Ph.D. in Quantitative Toxicology from Utrecht University, alongside a Master’s degree in Biology.
