Xiaolei Shi

Xiaolei Shi is an experienced professional in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices, currently serving as Associate Director and Patent Attorney at Genmab since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a European Patent Attorney at NLO and a Patent Attorney Trainee at Arnold + Siedsma, where expertise in patent prosecution, opposition, and IP strategy was developed, along with a focus on business development in China. Additionally, Xiaolei Shi has held leadership positions in the Vereniging van Chinese Wetenschappers en Ingenieurs in Nederland and has a background in medical training, including a surgical residency in liver surgery and research fellowships in gastroenterology and hepatology. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Master's degree in Infection & Immunity, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
