Zena Patel

Zena Patel currently serves as Associate Director of Digital Products for HCP & Patient Experience at Genmab, a role held since September 2022, where Zena successfully launched an award-winning Patient Support Program and developed a comprehensive Patient Connected Digital Ecosystem encompassing 18 digital products. Prior to this position, Zena worked as Director of Client Implementation & Program Delivery at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions from January 2020 to September 2022 and held various roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions over nearly a decade, including Senior Consultant and Lead Project Business Analyst. Zena began a career in consulting at Source Infotech Inc., contributing to projects for multiple healthcare clients, including Emblem Health and BCBS. Zena holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Valparaiso University and a Diploma in Computer Technology from Swami Vivekananda School of Polytechnic in Mumbai, as well as educational experience at Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth.
