Kelly Nguyen has a solid work experience in the field of technical support and sales and marketing coordination. Kelly started their career in 2011 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Embi Tec, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist II at Quidel. In 2017, they joined GenMark Diagnostics as a Technical Support Specialist and later progressed to the role of Senior Technical Support Specialist in 2019. In 2021, they became a Supervisor of Customer Technical Support and currently holds the position of Manager of Customer Technical Support at GenMark Diagnostics.
From 2005 to 2010, Kelly Nguyen attended UCLA and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
