Leslie Curiel has a diverse work experience in the field of research and healthcare. They started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Arizona in October 2016. During their time at the university, they also served as a Senior Capstone and Room Supervisor. In June 2016, Leslie also participated in the Summer Institute of Medical Ignorance (SIMI) at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson.

In 2021, Leslie joined Ventana Medical Systems as a Research Associate I and worked there until August 2022. Currently, Leslie is working as a Research Associate I at GenMark Diagnostics, starting in September 2022. Later, in November 2021, they obtained the certification for "Regulations, GDP, Data Integrity Curriculum" from Roche. Finally, in March 2022, Leslie acquired the certification for "What is ICH GCP?" from Roche.
