Ajay Jain

Ajay Jain, Ph.D has a diverse work experience in the field of artificial intelligence and research. Ajay is currently the Co-Founder and CTO at Genmo AI since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Google as a Researcher from May 2021 to December 2022. Ajay also served as a Graduate Researcher at Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research from June 2019 to December 2022, where they focused on deep learning and robotics and authored multiple papers. Ajay was a Board Member at Machine Intelligence Community, Inc. from April 2018 to June 2020, supporting research and education in artificial intelligence across various institutions. Ajay has also worked as a Researcher at MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), a Machine Learning Researcher at Uber, and in software engineering roles at Facebook, Kensho Technologies, and Juniper Networks. Ajay's career in research started as a Research Science Institute participant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2015.

Ajay Jain, Ph.D has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Ajay also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the same institution. Prior to that, Ajay completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
