Emily Chea

Emily Hart Chea is an Applied Research Scientist at GenNext Technologies, where Emily focuses on studying protein structure and protein-ligand interactions. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore, conducting research using a hydroxyl radical protein footprinting technique. During their time at Taylor University, Emily served as a Lab Assistant and Chemistry Researcher, where Emily assisted in chemistry labs, supervised students, conducted research projects, and tutored lower-level chemistry students. Emily holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Graduate School.
