Britt Gottschalk MBA, MIO has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Manual Laborer at Veolia Water until 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they served as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist at Autism Intervention Milwaukee. In 2015, they joined Catholic Charities and held roles such as Youth Support Specialist, Home Coordinator, and Interim Program Manager-Youth Living Alternatives.

In 2016, Britt worked at Corporate Learning Institute as a Project Coordinator and Strategic Consultant. The following year, they transitioned to Loaves & Fishes Community Services, where they served as Marketing and Communications personnel. In 2018, Britt became a Project Management Advisor at Farwell and also worked at WPS Health Solutions as a Project Manager and End User Experience Lead.

At the Project Management Institute, they held the position of Vice President of Professional Development from 2019 to 2021. Starting in 2020, Britt founded and became the CEO of ReVise, a company focused on streamlining the collection and processing of clinical data.

Most recently, Britt founded Geno.Me in 2021, where they currently serve as the Founder and CEO.

Britt Gottschalk MBA, MIO has a strong educational background. Starting in 2007, Britt graduated from Wauwatosa East High School with a diploma. Continuing their education, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.

Britt pursued further education at Elmhurst University, where they obtained two master's degrees. From 2016 to 2018, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Following this, they attended Elmhurst University once again from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Aside from their degrees, Britt has also acquired certifications to enhance their skill set. In December 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org. Additionally, in August 2020, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
