Rob Scott

Rob Scott serves as the Senior Director of Market Development at Genoa Design International Ltd. since July 2014, where responsibilities include aligning market intelligence with internal capabilities to enhance long-term value creation across sales, marketing, and product development. Previous roles at Genoa include Director of Technical Services, which involved developing advanced strategies for premium product quality, and Senior Technical Consultant, focusing on team improvement and initiating an R&D lab. Rob's earlier experience includes leading a production design team, expanding it significantly, and serving as President at Highwater Marine Consultants Inc., where focus was on enhancing efficiency in shipbuilding. Additionally, Rob was the head coach for the Edge Diving Club from 2009 to 2022. Rob holds a Naval Architect Technology Diploma from the Marine Institute, earned between 1997 and 2001.
