Rodrigo Horta

Rodrigo Horta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and engineering management within the marine industry. Currently serving as Program Manager at Genoa Design International Ltd. since July 2016, Rodrigo oversees three 3D Modeling Teams comprising approximately 130 workers, handling the ship modeling and production drawings while managing interdisciplinary conflicts and approvals with the Royal Canadian Navy and shipyards. Prior to this role, Rodrigo worked at ETP Engenharia from May 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing all engineering disciplines, overseeing an inland factory, and ensuring compliance with design schedules and approvals. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Estácio.
