Walter Ruf Alvarez

Walter Ruf Alvarez has held various leadership roles since 1995. Walter began their career as an Account Executive at Aerotek in 1995. In 2003, they became the CEO/President of Karl Industries. Walter then moved on to become the CEO/President of Genoa Employment Solutions in 2009. Most recently, they have been the CEO/President of FlexIT Global since 2016.

Walter Ruf Alvarez attended Saugatuck High School from 1984 to 1985. Walter then attended Holland High School from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained their HS Degree in Chemistry. Finally, they attended Hope College from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Chemistry. In 2021, they obtained a certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
