Jim Dransfield

Jim Dransfield currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Compliance at GenoaBank, a position held since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the review and interpretation of new laws and regulations impacting the bank's practices. Prior experience encompasses various compliance roles at BAY AREA CREDIT UNION, including Director of Compliance & Product Development, where Jim was the board-appointed BSA/AML, OFAC & SAFE ACT Officer and led the credit union’s BSA/AML programs. Additional roles include Senior Mortgage Banker at Advance Mortgage & Investment Company, Senior Financial Implementation/Financial Analyst at CPSI, and key positions at Ameriquest Mortgage Co, AmSouth Bank, and Transamerica, with early career beginnings as an Operations Intern at SouthTrust Bank. Jim holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Auburn University.
