Michael Cleveland

Michael Cleveland serves as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas and Europe at Geno since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading licensing sales activities. In addition, Cleveland is the Chief Operating Officer at Revex Metals, Inc. since May 2023, focusing on developing an innovative lithium-ion battery recycling facility utilizing technology from Michigan Technological University. Previously, from July 2022 to May 2024, Cleveland contributed as a Business Mentor at Michigan Technological University, supporting commercialization efforts for a process aimed at recovering critical metals from spent lithium-ion batteries. Cleveland's extensive career includes a notable tenure at Honeywell UOP from June 1982 to October 2021, where leadership was provided as Vice President and General Manager of the Natural Gas vertical. Cleveland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned between 1979 and 1982.
