Graham Binns

Graham Binns serves as the Director of IT Strategy and Architecture at Genomics England since August 2020, leading the architecture and IT strategy function and establishing a team of 13 while implementing standards for ISO medical device accreditation. Prior to this role, Binns was the Associate Director of Architecture at NHS Improvement from April 2016 to August 2020, where efforts focused on transitioning the organization to a technology-driven model aimed at enhancing NHS services. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Architecture at Monitor, Management Consultant roles at Independent and Atos Origin, and a CRM Consultant position at SchlumbergerSema. Binns holds a degree in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
